Who are we?
We are a small team of passionate travel professionals dedicated to meeting clients needs and exceeding expectations. We want to create unforgettable experiences and expand travel horizons. With us, every customer is individually advised and through a lot of experience and expertise we put together a unique product. We attach great importance not only to sending our customers on their journey, but also to accompanying and supporting them during the journey.
The point of traveling is to balance the imagination with the present and instead of thinking about what it might be like, see it for what it really is.

HOW IT ALL STARTED...
As a native Persian and daughter of a carpet dealer, Monika has selling in her DNA.1989 she started her tourism career with her first shop in Kiel and later with her sister Maryam Komeyli at Hamburg Airport. Growing up between two cultures, the wanderlust was always great and hence the passion for travel. 2016 Monika fulfilled her dream of opening her own travel agency. She accepted the challenge to open a last minute office in the middle of Eppendorf and to focus on high-quality travel and luxury instead of mass. So every consultation started with champagne and appetizers or coffee and sweets. Many new customers are already regular customers. Monika sees herself as a networker and that's how everything took its way.
2018 the first group request came in. Flights, hotels and limousines were booked within a very short time. As the icing on the cake, Monika and her team organized a separate check-in at the airport, with a DVAG carpet, sparkling wine and homemade pink cupcakes. That was the ticket to the group business. Since then, Monika has been working with the luxury tour operator edeltravel. She maintains her luxury contacts through networks such as Lobster Experience or travel fairs such as Loop luxury fair.
In November 2021 Monika opened a new L'tur travel shop in Lübeck under the name Platinum Travel. The unusual old building with 200 square meters and high arcade windows is centrally located in the beautiful Königsstrasse. With years of loyalty to L'tur and TUI and the love for extraordinary travel, Monika and her shops enjoy the freedom to offer all tour operators in the tourism industry and to make travel dreams come true. Since August 2022 the office in Eppendorf is an official TUI travel shop and shines in a new design.
